Partner Development Manager

 

Covideo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to build and lead our Strategic Partnerships & Business Development function. This key role will be highly visible at the most senior levels of Covideo and will need to work collaboratively across internal teams. Reporting to the CEO, this newly formed role will be responsible for leading all aspects of evaluating and executing high-impact partnerships focused on driving significant revenue across Covideo. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of evaluation and execution from idea generation, sourcing, and negotiating large strategic partnerships across multiple arenas
  • Leverage a deep network of contacts and key decision-makers, in addition to broad experience in different partnership deal models to close high-value partnerships
  • Develop and manage a small, high-performing team to generate significant new revenue streams for Covideo
  • Qualify new sales leads and represent Covideo in external meetings and events with senior customers and industry executives
  • Lead and coordinate projects across multiple teams within Covideo (e.g. product, marketing, finance, legal) to pitch, develop, and manage complex and critical strategic partnerships
  • Analyze internal and external data, as well as market and competitive trends to inform and execute a strategic partnership roadmap

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record and experience in leading and executing impactful and complex revenue-driving partnerships in the digital arena
  • 5+ years of strategic partnership and business development experience in the SaaS space
  • Demonstrated experience in research and analysis in heavily transactional situations
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter capable of working independently
  • Experience leading and working effectively as part of a small team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Account Executive

Indianapolis, IN

Covideo is seeking an Account Executive (AE) to join our growing company. As an AE, you will generate sales with new businesses. The ideal candidate possesses experience with B2B sales-driven organizations and has a track record of exceeding sales quotas. The AE will work to achieve revenue and long-term account goals that align with company goals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new businesses from a variety of verticals including SaaS, insurance, mortgage, education, staffing, and more.  
  • Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create self-generated sales opportunities 
  • Arrange virtual meetings with prospective clients to discuss their needs and review the product 
  • Exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas
  • Address any necessary issues with prospective clients before contracts are signed
  • Work as a partner with a designated Account Manager to ensure successful training/onboarding, adoption, and achievement of goals as outlined by the client. 
  • Communicate client ideas, information, and needs to other internal departments, including marketing, support, development, and account management teams. 
  • Diligently and consistently follow SOP (not limited to but including tracking all activity and correspondence in Salesforce).
  • Maintain good client relationships while building new client relationships

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of related experience in sales
  • Minimum of three years SaaS experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to be on video (using Covideo product for sales-related outreach) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Salesforce a plus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Persuasive and unafraid to negotiate
  • Operates at all times with honesty and integrity
  • Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends clearly and confidently
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Covideo is seeking an Automotive Account Executive (AAE) to join our growing company. The ideal candidate possesses experience with the automotive industry and has a track record of exceeding sales quotas. The AAE will work to achieve revenue and long-term account goals that align with company goals, while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
