Sales Executive

Indianapolis, IN

Join Covideo’s sales team! As a sales team member you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities and managing a pipeline of new business. New sales team members will begin their tenure at Covideo with a hands-on training program designed to ramp you up and propel you to success. After this training period, multiple sales career paths will be available based on your skill set, strengths, experience, and areas of interest. 

We are jumping into an exciting period of growth and are looking for motivated, resourceful sales professionals to join our team as we expand into new markets. Join our Covideo family for the ride!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new businesses within a variety of verticals including SaaS, automotive, higher education, senior living, insurance, mortgage, staffing, and more.  
  • Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to generate new sales opportunities. 
  • Arrange virtual meetings with prospective clients to discuss their needs and review the product 
  • Exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas
  • Work as part of a greater team to ensure successful training/on-boarding, adoption, and achievement of goals as outlined by the client. 
  • Communicate client ideas, information, and needs to other internal departments, including marketing, support, development, and account management teams. 
  • Diligently and consistently follow SOP (not limited to but including tracking all activity and correspondence in Salesforce).
  • Maintain good client relationships while building new client relationships

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience preferred by not required 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to be on video (using Covideo product for sales-related outreach) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Salesforce a plus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Persuasive and unafraid to negotiate
  • Operate at all times with honesty and integrity
  • Stay current on the latest industry trends, applications and vernacular; able to articulate trends clearly and confidently
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, with genuine desire to build upon skills and add value to the team 
  • Ability to work autonomously 
  • Attuned critical thinking and problem solving skill that allow you to come up with unique solutions/applications for clients

People Operations Manager

Indianapolis, IN

We are seeking a People Operations Manager to join Covideo as we scale and source talent for our fast-growing team. He/she will have a strong  understanding of human resources processes and procedures, a knack for finding great candidates, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be an organized problem-solver.  

The human resources position will be responsible for the administrative and strategic hiring duties including: recruiting and guiding new employees through the benefits and compensation process while complying with all local, state, and federal regulations for HR. They will also play a key role in the training, on-boarding, and development of employees.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive talent acquisition; identify the right talent, lead processes, close new candidates 
  • Contact applicants’ references and perform background checks required by the company
  • Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
  • Contribute to the implementation of policies, procedures, systems and initiatives including goal setting, performance management and culture. 
  • Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and education
  • Advise on benefits needs or evaluate benefit contract bids
  • Cover all legal compliance for human resource federal and state requirements
  • Serve as relationship manager with third party service providers
  • Represent employer in the community and recruiting events
  • Assist employees with day-to-day HR related questions 
  • Be a partner to the leadership team and support various projects and requests as needed

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field
  • Superb communication and people skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
  • Proven ability to build solid, trusting and credible relationships 
  • Detail oriented and laser-focused on supporting internal processes and systems 
  • Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record-keeping
  • Strong organization and project management skills 
  • A resourceful problem-solver 
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred
  • General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
